Notice is hereby given of the arrangements for the Annual Members Meeting of the charity, 4 Winds SCIO. This covers the period 1st May 2024 until 30th April 2025.

Date: Monday 25th August 2025

Time: 5.30pm

Venue: Maxwell Community Centre, Cowdenbeath

All community councillors for the localities of Auchtertool, Cowdenbeath, Lochgelly and Lumphinnans are invited as members of the organisation, laid out in our Constitution.

Members of the public are invited to attend to hear more about the work of the charity over the year and from the many organisations who have benefitted from our funding.

During the meeting the trustees will deliver their annual report for the year, together with the annual accounts and independent examiner’s report.

Any co-opted trustees are required to step down at this meeting and are eligible to stand for election if they so wish at our next board meeting. We have 2 seats for co-opted trustees and these are open to anyone living within the 4 Winds area, you do not have to be a community councillor to stand.
